Who this is for

This system is for staff and contracted drivers of Richland Transport Sdn Bhd. Accounts are issued and approved by a company administrator. Requesting an account does not by itself grant access.

Your account

Your account is personal to you. Don’t share your password or sign in on behalf of someone else — trip status changes, claims and approvals are recorded against whoever is signed in, and are relied on for payroll and invoicing. Tell an administrator immediately if you think someone else has your password.

Accurate records

Trip statuses, petty cash claims, leave applications and reimbursement requests must reflect what actually happened. These records feed the company’s accounts.

Suspension

An administrator may suspend or remove an account at any time, including when someone leaves the company. A suspended account is signed out on its next request. To be completed by Richland Group: governing law, liability, and the disciplinary process attached to misuse.
